We hope you have a\nwonderful stay with us and would ask you to please <strong>observe the\nfollowing:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Please remove shoes upon entry into the suite.  <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage(s) incurred during their stay. The registered guest is responsible for any person(s) that enter the suite or the property.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\nQuiet time is <strong>FIRMLY<\/strong> 11:00 pm according to city bylaws. If you\nfail to adhere to this rule, we have the right to ask you and your\nguests to leave the premises. There will be no refund.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> There is a non-smoking \/ non-vaping policy everywhere on the property and a no pet policy. Please be sure your quests are aware of this.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Please respect our home, the property, our policies and the neighbors.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\nCheck-out time is 10:00 am.
